At Project Good Dogs we know you have your dog's best interest at heart. Your frustration is understandable, owning a dog was supposed to be easier than this. Whether your problems are big or small, we want to help you and your dog get on the same page (or start there if you're planning on getting a puppy soon). We won't just teach your dog new tricks, we'll help you understand the why of what they're doing and give you the information you need to better understand your dog and build a better relationship with them.

For Puppies 16 weeks to 6 months
Puppy Basics:
Our puppy basics class is a one-on-one 30 minute introductory obedience class where we focus on age appropriate obedience. You'll learn the basics like "sit" and "down" but more importantly learn how to use the tools to achieve bigger goals as your puppy grows up. $35 per session or $100 for 4 session bundle.

Puppy Obedience:
​Our puppy obedience class is a one-on-one 1 hour session designed for those getting a little more serious about obedience or those who already have the basics covered. We'll cover more cues/commands while teaching you how to use those same tools to keep progress going. $69 per session or $240 for a 4 session Bundle.
Available in Douglasville Sundays and Mondays and in Decatur Thursdays and Saturdays.
For dogs 6 months and older
Good Manners Class:
Our Good Manners class is a one-on-one 30 minute obedience session for dogs who need a little refresher on their manners. We'll work to reinforce some standard manners like staying on all 4 paws and not pulling on the leash. Need to spend a little more time on a specific thing? No problem, we'll go at your pace.
$45 per session or $150 for 4 session bundle.

Beginner's Obedience:
​Our Beginner's Obedience class is a 1 hour session designed for those wanting to get serious about obedience. We'll cover basics and get to more cues/commands while teaching you how to use those same tools to continue your progress. $79 per session or $280 for a 4 session Bundle.
Available in Douglasville Sundays and Mondays and in Decatur Thursdays and Saturdays.
Behavioral Assessments
Basic Assessment:
Need help figuring out what exactly is going on with your dog? Or just want some pointers on what your options are? Book us for a basic assessment! We'll spend 30 minutes with you online or at your home or a local park to figure out what kind of problems you have and point you in the right direction. $25 per session only. Travel fee may apply.

In-depth Behavioral Assessment:
​Our In-Depth Assessment is available online or in person at your home or a local park. We'll spend an hour with you and your dog to figure out where the problems are and provide specific recommendations for addressing the issue. If you decide to move forward with us the assessment fee goes towards your training package. $50 per session only. Travel fee may apply.
Available up to 30 miles out of Douglasville or Online.
Behavior Modification
Behavior Modification:
Some problems are bigger than an obedience class can handle. If your dog struggles with reactivity towards other dogs or people (barking, charging, etc), resource guarding (growling, barking, charging, etc), aggression, or any other concerning issue that’s got you anxious, we’ve got the know-how to help.

Because of the serious nature and risk involved with most behavior modification cases we require an assessment before scheduling working sessions. We’ll come to you in order to see your dog where they are the most comfortable and where the problems are happening.
​
After your assessment, we’ll create a program just for you and your situation. Typical pricing runs $125-$200 per session depending on the severity of the issues and travel.

Custom Programs
Custom Program:
Sometimes it’s better to work on your problems in your neighborhood, so we’re happy to come to you! Whether it’s general obedience issues, good manners, introducing a new dog, loose leash walking, or all of the above, we’re confident we’ll be able to handle whatever you’ve got going on.

We require an assessment in order to create a custom program. We’ll need to chat and preferably visit in person to see you and your dog working together.
​
After your assessment, we’ll create a program just for you and your goals. Typical custom programs cost between $75 and $150 per session depending on the extent of your goals and travel.
