Refund policy

We want you—and your dog—to be happy with your order. If something’s off, we’re always open to making it right. Here's how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns  

You have 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Treats must be in their original packaging

  • Items must be mostly unused

  • There must be a clear issue with the product (such as damage, quality concerns, or receiving the wrong item)

  • You must provide proof of purchase

We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items  

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns simply because a dog didn’t like the flavor. Taste preferences vary, and returned treats cannot be resold.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Costs  

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
