Shipping Policy
We’re a small business that makes many of our products fresh - especially our larger bags and packs - so we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 5 business days. Because some products are made to order, processing may take up to 10 business days before shipment.
If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates (U.S. Only)
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates are based on order weight:

Orders under 1 lb: $5 flat rate

Orders 1–2 lbs: $6.50 flat rate

Orders over 2 lbs: $8 flat rate

Free shipping on orders over $49
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier office first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
Local Pickup
Prefer to skip shipping? You can pick up your order at one of our seasonal farmers markets.

We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup prior to the market date.
Orders must be picked up during the selected market event. If you miss your pickup, please contact us to arrange an alternative solution.
